Founded in 2011, United Material Handling, Inc. began buying and selling new and used storage products and systems.
In 2012, United Material Handling, Inc., opened its first location in Southern California, allowing for the storage of higher volumes of inventory.
In 2015, United Material Handling, Inc. began manufacturing new innovative racking products.
United Material Handling, Inc joined the Rack Manufacturers Institute (RMI), promoting safe handling within our racks and storage systems.
In 2018, United Material Handling, Inc. moved into its new state of the art facility in Moreno Valley, CA. In 2020, UMH opened its first international location in Nanjing, China to develop and expand our automation capabilities within the material handling industry.
